We’re pleased to offer an apprenticeship scheme through Milton Keynes College for applicants who are looking to learn and train in a positive setting. 

As part of the apprenticeship, you’ll have the opportunity to work in our Milton Keynes office and help support our Customer Care Team and provide outstanding service to our customers. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to helping you grow and develop from the apprenticeship experience. A permanent position may be considered upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Our Customer Care Team is growing in our vibrant Milton Keynes office.

Our Milton Keynes Customer Care Team includes many different types of roles – here are a few to help you get a sense of where you might fit: 

  • Customer service agents who speak to our customers on the phone to help them service their accounts online.
  • Fraud specialists who help customers avoid scams and investigate claims of fraud.  
  • Team leaders who manage agents and help create a positive workplace culture.
